Final Days to Have Your Say on Okanagan Falls Incorporation
Residents of Okanagan Falls have just a short window left to make their voices heard.
The Province’s public engagement on municipal incorporation is open until April 30. This is a critical opportunity for residents to speak directly into a process that will shape the future of their community.
Over the past number of months, I have heard consistent concerns about transparency, timelines, and whether local voices are truly being reflected in decisions being made. Those concerns are valid.
Incorporation is not a small decision. It affects local governance, taxation, services, and the long term direction of Okanagan Falls. It must be done with the full participation and confidence of the community.
What I am hearing from residents is clear. People are not asking to be informed after decisions are made. They want to be part of the process while it is still taking shape.
That is why this engagement matters.
I strongly encourage every resident to take a few minutes to participate and ensure their perspective is on record before the April 30 deadline.

I will continue to push for a process that is open, accountable, and grounded in the voices of the people who live here. There should be no surprises when it comes to decisions that impact your community.
If you have not yet participated, now is the time.
Your voice matters, but only if it is heard before the deadline.
